Certification in Structured Motion TM (Performance as execution and design)
Todays rehabilitation professional… works in a complex and often conflicting system. Getting reuslts is not easy. There often is not enough time to complete the required paperwork, communication responsibilities, other requirements, and patient treatment.
Motivated by a desire to create results while also realistic about working in todays healthcare system, we created the discipline of Structured Motion.
A synthesis of the field of structural dynamics, bio-mechanics, and rehabilitation sciences, Structured Motion provides a powerful framework for getting results.
We developed the following workshops for the rehab professional desiring an efficient method of improving functional outcomes for their patient.
These workshops provide the necessary tools, techniques, and knowledge for creating improved functional outcomes that visit.
Regardless of your previous background of education, philosophy of training, or personal background, the learning will complement and improve your existing practice.
In just a one or two day course, you can improve your patients quality of life and function.
Designed for maximal learning, the workshops provide a fast paced, intensive learning experience. Each course level builds on the supporting level, complementing skills developed before.
The majority of the course work is experiential, that is you do all of the progressions. So it is recommended that participants are in general good health.
Level 1 focuses on execution of pre-designed movement complexes and training progressions. The movement progressions presented have already been designed for maximal efficiency and effectiveness in restoring overall segmental mobility and stability. Completion of the course results in the participant demonstrating proficiency of the movement progressions.
Level 2 provides the participant with the skills, knowledge, and capacity to master their clients progress through effective program design. Master of the elements of design are critical in creating the desired results of the client in an adequate time frame.
The Certification in Structured Motion (CSM) is a comprehensive professional development course that trains the participant for a career as a Structured Motion Specialist.
