Sports Progression

Sports team will find each specific exercise progressions valuable to the reduction of injury and improvement in indvidual and team performance.

We have already designed the movement progressions for optimal safety, efficiency and results. Each movement progression is designed to introduce the patient or client to the benefits of a structured motion program.

Further progression will require the consultation of a professional certified in Structured Motion.

  • Golf Warm-up Complex
    Tri-plane movement used in our golf performance program. Good for warm-up and developing overall mobility/stability for the golf swing.

  • Elite Movement Complex
    Example of high level sports performance complex consisting of 3 movements. Each movement is repeated for power.
